A Frenchie
original named French Bulldog is a small breed of local dog. French Bulldog was
came into being as a result of cross between bulldog ancestors which are
imported from England and local ratters in Paris France, in the early era of
1800s.
In the year of 2014 the French Bulldog were
the fourth all time popular registered dog in the United Kingdom an in the
United States of America the French Bulldog was the sixth most popular AKC
registered dog breed. The French Bulldog were also rated the third most popular
dog in Australia for 2017.
According to
the official publication of the American Kennel Club, the French Bulldog should
have the appearance of an active muscular dog, of heavy bone, smooth coat, compactly
built and of medium or small structure.
The points
should be fairly distributed and bear good relation one to the other, no
feature being in such eminence from either excess or lack of quality that the
animal appears disfigured and badly proportioned. As compared to the specimens
of other different gender due allowance should be made in favor of the female

French Bulldogs suffer from separation anxiety if they are alone for a long

adulthood. By remaining alone for long period can cause a French Bulldog to
behave in a devastating manner such as chewing on household items or furniture
or even going to the bathroom in the house.
French
Bulldog fairly need minimal exercise, but require at least daily short
walks. This dog is also sometimes called
Frog dog or a Clown dog. Due to the unique way they sit with hind legs spread
out French Bulldog is called as Frog Dog.
Just because they are known to be fun loving vivacious clowns of the dog
world, they called Clown dog. Due to their balmy nature French Bulldog is an
excellent choice for apartment dwellers, as does their sensible attitude
towards barking.
French
Bulldog have bulk and compromised system of breathing it is impossible for them
to regulate their temperature efficiently. They have only a single short coat,
due to this they become cold very easily so that’s why French Bulldog need to
have some extra covering inside during the winter if you live in an especially
cold area or region. Also during hot or humid weather precautions must be taken
when exercising, as they are prone to heat stroke.
